Andrew Hamil
Andrew R. Hamil is the President of Hamil Trust Consulting, LLC. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Hamil was the President of Wealth Enhancement Trust Services, LLC, an affiliate of Wealth Enhancement Group, one of the largest Registered Investment Advisors in the country. Mr. Hamil is also the former President and Chairman of Fidelity Personal Trust Company, FSB. In this role he was responsible for overseeing Fidelity's personal trust solutions and services. Mr. Hamil joined Fidelity in 2012 as the National Manager of their Trust & Estate Consulting Group and later served as the co-head of Fidelity's Family Engagement and Aging Investor strategy. In this role Mr. Hamil helped lead a cross-company effort that addressed complex multi-generational planning issues facing clients and their families. Prior to Fidelity, Mr. Hamil was with Bank of America serving in a variety of leadership roles responsible for providing legal and risk management support to Trust officers and Portfolio Managers across the firm's Northeast footprint. Prior to Bank of America, Mr. Hamil was in private legal practice in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Hamil received a bachelor's degree in history from Old Dominion University and his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. He is also a Certified Senior Advisor(r). Mr. Hamil is married with three wonderful children. He resides in East Greenwich, Rhode Island.
