Barbara Pachter is an internationally-renowned business etiquette and communications speaker, coach and author of 10 books, including The Essentials of Business Etiquette: How to Greet, Eat, and Tweet Your Way to Success and The Power of Positive Confrontation: The Skills You Need to Handle Conflicts at Work, At Home, Online and In Life. She has delivered more than 2500 seminars throughout the world, including the first-ever seminar for businesswomen in Kuwait.Pachter is also adjunct faculty in the School of Business at Rutgers University. Her areas of expertise include presentation skills, business etiquette, assertive communication, business writing, positive confrontation, professional presence, career development and women in the workplace.
