Charles Merwin
After 30 years as a professional leader, most of it spent with a national wirehouse brokerage firm, Charlie Merwin now studies and writes on small group leadership techniques and the "look and feel" of retail advisory practices. His philosophy, drawing on his experiences as everything from an Albuquerque punk rocker to a Ranger-qualified paratrooper, is that leadership and example are the exact same thing. Merwin's purpose is to help leaders take control of the example that they are setting every day. He is completing his first book on the development and use of personal values.
