Jill Houtman and Danny Domenighini are partners at Coffee and Pints, an unconventional professional development blog. The partnership was formed in response to their personal experience in the workplace in which they have seen it all, the good the bad and the utterly despicable. With over 50 years of combined experience they have served in executive leadership roles at a variety of firms from start-up to fortune 500. Their philosophy is to work hard, have fun, and they believe that above all, honesty and integrity are paramount.
