<p>Susan Williams&nbsp;is the Founder of Booming Encore. Susan&rsquo;s professional career spans over 28 years and includes working in senior leadership and executive positions within a number of corporations along with running a consulting firm. Being a baby boomer herself, Susan was interested in doing something that really made a difference. As she started her search she discovered that there were limited dedicated resources and information to support this changing time of life for baby boomers.
